Annual Maintenance 

Optional Annual Maintenance costs 20% of the license fee ($200 USD minimum) on an annual basis and includes:

  1. Continued product certification and all updates associated with of eBusinessReady Certification.
  2. Free product updates and upgrades during the course of the maintenance period.
  3. Ongoing technical support.

If maintenance is not renewed annually, the licensee loses the right to receive upgrades and updates to the product including eBusinessReady certification.
